PRODUCTION DESIGNER

With nearly a decade of experience across architecture, spatial design, and film, Emanuela Piu is a Production Designer and Assistant Art Director working internationally across feature films and independent projects.

Her practice is rooted in creating immersive visual worlds that combine architectural precision with a refined artistic sensibility.

After beginning her career in architecture in Australia, she transitioned into film and earned a Master’s degree in Production Design from the National Film and Television School, followed by a Master of Studies in History of Art at the University of Cambridge, where her research explored the relationship between architecture, cinema, and imagined space.

Mentored by four-time Oscar nominee Arthur Max, she has collaborated with internationally acclaimed Production Designers including Adam Stockhausen, Jeffrey Beecroft, and Maria Djurkovic.

Her film credits include Gladiator II, Napoleon, Ferrari, Blitz, and House of Gucci.
